Refund policy
Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of receiving your item.
Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, brand-new condition.
Tags Attached: All original hangtags and labels must still be attached to the garment.
Flawless Condition: Items must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, perfume, or cigarette smoke.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can immediately evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Clearance/Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or from the clearance section are Final Sale.
- Intimates: Swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, and earrings are Final Sale.
- Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards cannot be refunded.
- Refund to Original Payment: Receive a refund back to your original credit card or payment method. (Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Store Credit: Opt for store credit via a digital gift card, which never expires.
- Exchanges: We offer free size or color exchanges for the exact same item, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on ALL REFUNDS unless otherwise specified by West of Wild. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. West of Wild will cover cost of shipping on ALL EXCHANGES.

- Local Drop-off: If you are local to the Huntsville area, you can bring your online or in-store purchase directly to us to process your return for free.
